2. Affiliate Program

Sugar operates an affiliate marketing platform where users can promote products and services through unique affiliate links and earn commissions on qualified sales.

• Minimum payout threshold is $20
• Commissions are paid monthly after verification
• It may take up to 1 month for qualified sales to be processed and available for payout
• Your email address is linked to your affiliate account and earnings

3. User Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when generating affiliate links
• Maintain access to the email address associated with your affiliate account
• Promote products and services in an honest and ethical manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or artificially inflate traffic

4. Commission Structure

Commission rates and payout amounts vary by campaign and customer location. Detailed payout structures are available for each campaign. Sugar reserves the right to modify commission structures with notice.

5. Account Access

Your affiliate account is tied to your email address. Without access to your registered email, you cannot access your earnings or withdraw funds. Sugar is not responsible for lost access due to email account issues.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use spam or unsolicited emails to promote affiliate links
• Engage in fraudulent clicks or artificial traffic generation
• Misrepresent products or services being promoted
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent program rules

7. Limitation of Liability

Sugar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

Sugar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Termination

Sugar may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you forfeit any pending commissions that have not been paid out.
